Hi! I’m Shoni—former tech exec turned real estate junkie. Before jumping into real estate, I raised capital for scrappy startup founders and advised retired pro athletes on launching their non profit foundations.
In the summer of 2021, I found, funded, and closed my first Commercial Real Estate deal just 31 days after joining MFMIM Deal Room mastermind. (Results not typical, lol, but hustle always helps.) Since February 2022, I have proudly served as the moderator of that high volume, high-energy community of commercial real estate investors.
