From selling pagers in the ‘90s to structuring multimillion-dollar commercial real estate deals, Shoni’s journey bridges decades of hands-on hustle and high-level strategy.
After building a successful wireless retail business in the early days of mobile tech, Shoni was introduced to commercial real estate through an unexpected connection with architect Marshall Purnell. That conversation changed everything — unlocking a passion for real estate that’s never let up.
Today, Shoni leads Live Better Capital with a mission to make access to capital smarter, more transparent, and future-focused — without losing the high-touch, people-first approach that built the foundation.
Fun Fact: Shoni’s first retail space was inside a building owned by the NFL Players Association. You could say it was commercial real estate… with a team spirit.
